Marc Mossé is Senior Director for EU Government Affaires team. Before, has been Director of Legal and Public Affairs for Microsoft France. He founded Microsoft France’s think-lab online to discuss the impact of the digital revolution (rslnmag.fr).
He is President-elect of the French Association of In-House Lawyers (AFJE), and a member of the Copyright Advisory Board (CSPLA) to the French Ministry of Culture. Former board member of Tech in France (French IT Association), he is also one of the founder of the French Digital Think Tank called Renaissance Numérique.
Marc worked on international criminal justice and civil liberties. Then, as a Lawyer member of the Paris Bar Association (August & Debouzy Law Firm), his core practice areas focused on public and constitutional law, digital regulation, privacy and intellectual property.
He is a Lecturer at Science Po Paris in the “Law & Innovation” Master’s program, teaching privacy and fundamental rights. Marc has been elected as member of the City Council of Meudon (45000 inhabitants in the suburbs of Paris) as well as member of the District of Grand Paris Seine Ouest.
Marc has a Law Degree in public law from the University of Paris V (René Descartes) and a Law degree in European law from the University of Paris I (Sorbonne).
