Madrid Club with Marc Mossé

Marc Mossé is Senior Director for EU Government Affaires team. Before, has been Director of Legal and Public Affairs for Microsoft France. He founded Microsoft France’s think-lab online to discuss the impact of the digital revolution (rslnmag.fr).

He is President-elect of the French Association of In-House Lawyers (AFJE), and a member of the Copyright Advisory Board (CSPLA) to the French Ministry of Culture. Former board member of Tech in France (French IT Association), he is also one of the founder of the French Digital Think Tank called Renaissance Numérique.

Marc worked on international criminal justice and civil liberties. Then, as a Lawyer member of the Paris Bar Association (August & Debouzy Law Firm), his core practice areas focused on public and constitutional law, digital regulation, privacy and intellectual property.  

He is a Lecturer at Science Po Paris in the “Law & Innovation” Master’s program, teaching privacy and fundamental rights. Marc has been elected as member of the City Council of Meudon (45000 inhabitants in the suburbs of Paris) as well as member of the District of Grand Paris Seine Ouest.

Marc has a Law Degree in public law from the University of Paris V (René Descartes) and a Law degree in European law from the University of Paris I (Sorbonne).

Jeff Bullwinkel serves as Microsoft’s Associate General Counsel and Director of Corporate, External & Legal Affairs for Europe.  He is based in Amsterdam and oversees the company’s legal and corporate affairs teams across the region, providing support for commercial transactions and regulatory counsel on public policy issues such as IPR, cybersecurity, competition, and international trade.  Mr. Bullwinkel joined Microsoft in 2000 and previously held a number of senior roles with the company across the Asia Pacific region, based in Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney.    

Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. Bullwinkel was with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, an international law firm based in New York.  Mr. Bullwinkel also served as a federal prosecutor with the Office of International Affairs, Criminal Division, US Department of Justice, where he was responsible for a wide range of matters relating to international law. 

Mr. Bullwinkel is originally from the New York area.  He graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received his law degree from New York University.  He is a member of the New York State Bar.

Dispone de diversas certificaciones de especialización en seguridad de las TIC (ISS, SANS, CRAMM, Curso de Auditoría del INAP, Cursos CCN-STIC.etc.). Sus funciones principales son la formación del personal especialista en seguridad de la Administración, el desarrollo de normativa del CCN (elaboración de políticas, directrices y guías de seguridad de las TIC para la Administración Pública- Series CCN-STIC),desarrollo de la herramienta de análisis de riesgos PILAR, la supervisión de acreditación de sistemas y la realización de auditorías de seguridad así como todas las acciones derivadas del ESQUEMA NACIONAL DE SEGURIDAD (ENS).

Felix Muñoz es fundador y director general de InnoTec, especializada en ciberseguridad, inteligencia, gestión y prevención de riesgos.  InnoTec se ha convertido  en un referente en el sector de la Seguridad,  colaborando con las principales empresas y organismos públicos españoles, así como internacionales. Entre ellos, el CCN/CNI, Incibe, OTAN, ONU, OEA, la Agencia de Seguridad de las Redes y de la Información de la Unión Europea (ENISA), etc  http://www.innotecsystem.com/. Ingeniero Superior Informático (UPM), PDD (IESE ).  Dispone de diversas certificaciones de especialización en seguridad de las TIC  (CISA, CISM, CRISC, etc). Su trayectoria ha estado siempre ligada a este sector. Ha sido gerente en empresas como IT Deusto y profesor de la Universidad de Deusto en el Master de Gestión

Jordi Molina holds a degree in Economics from the UB and in Political Science and International Relations from the London School of Economics. He completed the Executive Development Program (PDD) for IESE and the In-company Global Leaders Program for the University of Chicago and the Instituto de Empresa. He worked for Almirall S.A. where he held various positions including that of Director of Investor Relations. He recently founded the Gulliver & Havisham educational project and was Managing Director of the Meridia Impact Fund (MIF) of Meridia Capital. He is currently Professor of Geopolitics and Geoeconomics at ESADE Law School and member of UNHCR.

Javier Sardà holds a degree in Information Sciences from the UAB. He develops his professional career between radio and TV. He began as a musical chronicler, but through a scholarship he arrives at RNE where he creates his "secret" character Mr. Casamajó and collaborates in different programs until he manages to drive his own, La Bisagra.
Passes to the SER, first as a collaborator of Iñaki Gabilondo and then as a co-presenter of La Ventana.
Parallel worked on TV with the legendary Juego de Niños (TVE) and different programs on A3, TV3 or T5, which culminates with the direction of the Crónicas Marcianas program with which it gets various awards, such as the Silver Rose of Montreux, the Ondas Award or several Gold TP's.
After a sabbatical, he returns to TV with different programs, Dutifrí, La Tribu, Infiltrados, ... and continues to collaborate in several TV and radio spots, El Gabinete, ¡Ud. Perdone!, El Gran Debate, Abre los ojos y mira, Al Rojo Vivo, El Món a RAC1, 8 al dia, ... is one of the leading communicators in their profession.

Si has visitado algún evento cultural en los últimos meses, seguro que has sido usuario sin siquiera saberlo de uno de los servicios diseñados por Artur Duart (Sollana, Valencia, 1964), Presidente de Magmacultura. Llegado a Barcelona en los ochenta para estudiar, ya apenas vuelve a su Ribera Baixa natal para cultivar los naranjos de la finca familiar. En las últimas dos décadas ha recorrido el trayecto que separa la calle de los despachos y sus proyectos empiezan a tomar forma incluso en París, hasta hace poco un fortín para un foráneo. Una experiencia que le ha permitido hacerse una idea precisa de cómo es y cómo debería ser la industria cultural, en España y fuera. Tanto por lo que tiene de industria como por lo que tiene de cultura, o lo que le falta de ambas. Su manera de hablar, dispersa y atropellada, demuestra que ha pensado mucho sobre ello, pero que apenas ha tenido ocasión de explicarlo.
